At CULTIZM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Register Your Return
Log in to your customer account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form inside the box to ensure faster processing by our warehouse team.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
